xsect.calc.round_gyradius(diameter, thickness=None)[source]¶

Returns the radius of gyration for a round or pipe.

Parameters:	diameter : float The outside diameter of the round or pipe. thickness : float The thickness of the pipe. If None, the cross section is assumed to be a solid round.
